The IEEC endorses the requirements and principles of the <\/span>European Charter for Researchers<\/span><\/a> and the ones of the <\/span>Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers<\/span><\/a> and is committed to the <\/span>Open, Transparent, Merit-based recruitment<\/span><\/a> (OTM-R) principles promoted by the European Commission. The IEEC also follows the <\/span>Equal Opportunities policies.<\/b><\/p>\n
