Los fotones, especialmente los de la luz l\u00e1ser, son una de las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s formidables de las que dispone la humanidad. El ICFO los utiliza en su investigaci\u00f3n para avanzar a la vanguardia global, tanto de diversas \u00e1reas de la f\u00edsica y la ingenier\u00eda como de temas destacados en ciencias materiales, qu\u00edmica, biolog\u00eda y medicina.
